2.2 Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, videos, and online resources, are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any course materials without our prior written consent.

2.3 Third-Party Resources: In some cases, we may recommend or provide access to third-party resources such as textbooks, software, or online tools. Any use of third-party resources is subject to the respective terms and conditions of those providers, and we are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of such resources.

Course Delivery
3.1 Course Schedule: We will provide you with the course schedule and any changes to the schedule in a timely manner. It is your responsibility to attend the scheduled classes or make arrangements for makeup sessions, if available.

3.2 Instructor's Discretion: The instructor retains the right to make decisions regarding teaching methods, pacing, and content delivery to ensure effective learning outcomes for all participants.

3.3 Online Learning Platforms: If the course is delivered through an online learning platform, you are responsible for maintaining a reliable internet connection and any necessary hardware or software requirements. We are not responsible for any technical difficulties or limitations on your end that may affect your learning experience.

Fees and Payments
4.1 Course Fees: The applicable course fees will be communicated to you during the registration process. All fees must be paid in full before the course commencement, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change the course fees at any time, but such changes will not affect the fees for courses already paid for.

Student Responsibilities
5.1 Attendance and Participation: You are expected to attend all classes and actively participate in the learning activities. If you are unable to attend a session, you should notify us in advance and make arrangements for makeup sessions, if available.

5.2 Academic Integrity: You are expected to uphold academic integrity and refrain from any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unethical behavior. Any violation of academic integrity may result in disciplinary actions, including course termination without refund.
5.3 Personal Conduct: You are required to maintain respectful and professional behavior towards the instructor and fellow participants. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct may result in immediate expulsion from the course without refund.

Limitations of Liability
6.1 We will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information in our courses. However, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any course content or materials. We shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of data, or any other harm resulting from your participation in the course.

6.2 Our liability for any claims arising out of the course shall be limited to the amount you paid for the course fees.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
